Ortona harbour is located in the centre of the Adriatic coast stevedoring company, in a strategic position for shipping traffics. From Ortona, You can take A14 motorway in order to reach directly Ancona/ Bologna (North) or Bari (South), or A24/25 motorway to reach Rome (West). Moreover, all our quays are connected to the Adriatic railway. Ortona harbour has five quays stevedoring company:
- North New quay, 457 meters long, provided with 55.000 mq of storage areas and sea floor at -7,10
- Hammer quay, 130 meters long, provided with sea floor at -5,70
- Shore quay, 236 meters long, provided with 24.000 mq of storage areas and sea floor at -5,70
- Shore new quay, 260 meters long, provided with 25.000 mq of storage areas and sea floor at -5,70
- Commercial quay, 200 meters long, provided with sea floor at -5,70
